Sharing Style Sets

• Style Sets are stored in the Quick Styles folder on your hard drive.
• You can copy and paste the folder or individual Styles to portable storage devices and put them on other computers.
• If a Word document has been created to be accessible, you can swap out the existing Style set for the one that works for you.
• For alternate text production centres where large print is often requested, you can create several Style Sets and once a document has been made accessible, swap out the existing one for the student's choice.
• Saves time, everything scales nicely and the document remains accessible.
