Sharing Style Sets

Style Sets are stored in the Quick Styles folder on your hard drive.
You can copy and paste the folder or individual Styles to portable storage devices and put them on other computers.
If a Word document has been created to be accessible, you can swap out the existing Style set for the one that works for you.
For alternate text production centres where large print is often requested, you can create several Style Sets and once a document has been made accessible, swap out the existing one for the student's choice.
Saves time, everything scales nicely and the document remains accessible.
