Create a team - People support what they create.
That I would have the opportunity to work with the truly outstanding team I do now. These folks are super smart, creative, caring, and bust their butts each day to accommodate and support students with disabilities.
That "management by walking around" and getting to know people is the best thing you can do for discovering sources of support (and trouble...)
