Contents of The Basics of Comments

The Basics of Comments

• Select a word, phrase or paragraph…even a series of paragraphs.
• Press Alt + R, C for Review Ribbon, Comment.
• A Comment balloon opens, focus is in it ready for you to type the Comment.
• Press Escape when you have finished typing your Comment.
• Currently JAWS reading the text in a Comment is hit and miss as you type but the Comments are accessible once you are done.
