The Basics of Comments
- Select a word, phrase or paragraph…even a series of paragraphs.
- Press Alt + R, C for Review Ribbon, Comment.
- A Comment balloon opens, focus is in it ready for you to type the Comment.
- Press Escape when you have finished typing your Comment.
- Currently JAWS reading the text in a Comment is hit and miss as you type but the Comments are accessible once you are done.
