Alt Text on Images
- In Word 2007 it is Size dialog with Alt Text tab.
- In Word 2010 it is Format Picture or Object dialog with Alt Text category.
- In Word/Office 2013 it is in the Format Picture Pane.
- Can put the Alt Text icon in the Quick Access Toolbar.
- Found under All Commands.
- Alt Text should be brief and meaningful and directly related to the content.
- Use null Alt Text or put image in background as Artifact once you are in Acrobat.
