Contents of Alt Text on Images

Alt Text on Images

• In Word 2007 it is Size dialog with Alt Text tab.
• In Word 2010 it is Format Picture or Object dialog with Alt Text category.
• In Word/Office 2013 it is in the Format Picture Pane.
• Can put the Alt Text icon in the Quick Access Toolbar.
• Found under All Commands.
• Alt Text should be brief and meaningful and directly related to the content.
• Use null Alt Text or put image in background as Artifact once you are in Acrobat.
