Add Sandbox Text to a Document

If you need sample text to see how your Styles and document are going to look while working on a template, create sandbox text:
=rand(x, y)
=lorem(x, y)
Press Enter immediately after the right parenthesis and you will enter X number of paragraphs with Y number of sentences.
If you just type number for the X, you will create X number of paragraphs each with three (3) sentences.
