New Resources!
- The Karlen Communications website has a few new resources on the Handout page:
- Text Boxes and accessibility - while there has been some improvement in access to Text Boxes, we are not quite there yet.
- This access is also NOT backward compatible.
- Accessible Tables and Columns - this resource has a sample document where tables have been used for layout. Test your screen reader skills!
- The resource includes tips on using Tabs to create a specific type of layout (yes, not ALL Tabs are bad!) and how to create paragraph styles and use columns to format documents.
- Adding accessible images to documents, settings you might want to change in Word 2013 and a few more updated documents!
