• due to "Lei de Cotas" companies need to hire PWD ->difficult to find skilled professionals.
• websites for hiring people are very inaccessible
• SIVC (Sistema Integrado de Vagas e Currículos)
• an accessible website sponsored by the Union of Urban Cleaning Companies (SELUR) in order to meet "Lei de Cotas"
• goal:
• to promote the meeting between candidates with disabilities and companies
