2.4.4 PURPOSE IN CONTEXT
- The purpose of each link can be determined from the link text alone, or from the link text together with its context, whether that is a phrase, sentence or paragraph
- If an image serves as a link, its alt text tag should describe the link's purpose
- Link text such as "click here" is not adequate
