- A better method would involve the encoding of the mathematics using an XML-based scripting language such as MathML.
- This would allow for the presentation to be decoupled from the semantic meaning in whatever method best fit the student's need.
- For example, dynamic content would allow for finer-grain navigation and the ability to listen to "summaries" of the math beforehand.
- Descriptions of the math could also be automatically generated.
