Examples of the Alternate Format Pick-up receipt to specify the material's content, date of when material was ready for pick-up, and date of when material was picked-up by the student. As with the tracking form and the work order form, the pick-up receipts are printed on four colors (green, blue, peach, and yellow) to correspond to the term of which the request was submitted for (Fall, Winter/Intersession, Spring, and Summer).
