• Survey fielded online November 6 - December 2, 2013
• Survey was shared via email lists of RespectAbility and numerous other organizations in the disability community and on social media
• 3839 Respondents of which 1969 are people with disabilities. Unweighted data.
• *Note- This sample includes the activist PwD community and reflects more women, Democrats, Caucasians, and a more highly educated audience than one might expect within the disability community. Phone survey options and assistance were made available to respondents although due to the nature of the online survey instrument the sample likely underreports people with cognitive and intellectual disabilities among others.
