• Are websites a place of public accommodation? <br />Federal courts disagree. (Vermont District Court -> Yes, <br />California Ninth Circuit -> No.)
• Can the DoJ just declare that websites are covered by the ADA? Notice of Rulemaking was due this year, postponed to 2017. Meanwhile, DoJ is joining suits.
• THIS JUST IN: DoJ is now asking for additional comments, including "undue burden" language.
