Contents of SCREEN SHOT ADDING ALT TEXT

• Focus on slide 2 which is missing alt text for the image. Click on that in the slide object window and type text in the edit box that appears and click on ‘ok'
• When you add the ‘Alt' attribute to an image, you can decide to save it or not into the original power point before exporting the presentation
• Before proceeding to export, save your work or the repairs will be lost
