EXPORTING FROM PPT TO A WORD DOCUMENT

• In PowerPoint 2007 go to the file menu, select ‘Publish' and then select ‘Create Handouts in Word' In PowerPoint 2010, select ‘Save & Send' & ‘Create Handouts' and ‘Create Handouts' again
• The first 4 layouts have only an image of the slide but you can include speaker notes
• The last choice will save an outline like the outline/RTF choice but save it as a Word document
