INSERTING MULTIMEDIA

• In both Office 2003 and 2010, the insert ribbon provides the feature to insert an audio or video on that slide
• Select audio or video and probably you select to get it from files
• Follow the browse feature and locate it and insert it
• If you select for it to play automatically, that will guarantee its accessibility as screen readers frequently lack the capability to click on the media to start it playing
