Create Tag from Selection - 2

Expand a Tag close to where you need the new one, add the new Tag.

Drag the new Tag to its place in the Tags Tree

Create Tag from Selection in Options context menu

Select the content in the document and choose Create TAg from Selection from the Options menu.
