Create Artifact

Use the Content Panel to find the element you want to be an Artifact.
Open the context menu and choose Create Artifact.
Keep the defaults and activate OK.
Typically only use this method if you can't make something an Artifact in Order Panel/TouchUp Reading Order Tool.
