Contents of PowerPoint

PowerPoint

• In this context we are only talking about creating a PowerPoint that will be converted to tagged PDF.
• Slide elements you cannot include:
• Multimedia (this will be reduced to a single image that will require Alt text.)
• Embedded content (This will be reduced to a single image requiring Alt Text.)
• You must use the Selection Pane to ensure the reading order of content whether it is for PDF conversion or not!
• Use the Slide Master tool for layouts that are not in the list of available slide layouts!
• Do NOT use text boxes or shapes!
