- Word 2007, 2010 and 2013 it is the Acrobat Ribbon.
- Review the conversion settings.
- Apply any security you need.
- Will stay the same for each document unless you change it.
- Word settings: Advanced tagging Tags at a character style level (for example strikethrough, bold/strong or italic/emphasis).
- Adaptive technology can't decode character formatting.
- Technique on Karlen Communications Blog for highlighted text.
- In Word, someone using adaptive technology, for example JAWS, can get character formatting.
- Bookmarks tab: make sure your custom styles have been added for Bookmarks IF they are heading styles.
