PDF Reflow: Word 2013
- Let's you open PDF in Word and read them.
- Does not create text boxes (which are inaccessible). This is a very good thing!
- PDF can be tagged or untagged.
- If it is tagged, the Tags may NOT be respected (no document structure) if you haven't allowed Office updates..
- Intent is for legacy PDF where you don't have the original but might need to make some changes.
- As updates to Office have been added, the ability of this tool to respect Tags both when opening a document and converting a document to tagged PDF are getting better.
