This Adobe Reader and Acrobat tool was meant for old or legacy documents that were created before we could Tag documents.
It is not meant to be an "excuse" for not creating accessible PDF documents.
AND it is does NOT mean that "if JAWS can read it, it is accessible."
It allows adaptive technology to in effect create "virtual" or pretend Tags in an untagged document and attempt to provide logic out of chaos.
Not always perfect, can miss content or present it in a non-logical order.
