Clear Formatting
- Select the text and press Alt + H, E for Home Ribbon, Erase.
- I try to do this before copying content but you can do it afterward.
- I just close the document I'm copying from without saving so that its formatting is retained.
- Can use Ctrl + Z to undo the clear formatting.
- Other keyboard commands for removing specific formatting:
- Press Ctrl + Spacebar to remove manual formatting from selected text.
- Press Ctrl + Q to remove paragraph formatting from selected text.
