Always Start with Untagged PDF for Forms!

• I cannot stress this enough!
• When working with forms, you ALWAYS start with an untagged PDF document.
• If you try to add the form controls to a PDF document that is tagged:
• You create more work for yourself (time and money).
• You will most likely end up having to start from scratch anyway (time and money).
• For all other PDF documents you create from Office applications, use the File, Save As and choose PDF or use the Adobe Acrobat Pro Ribbon tools (if Adobe Acrobat Pro is installed on your computer).
• Even though you will be printing to Adobe PDF you MUST add proper document structure to your Word documents.
• The form will eventually be tagged and you want to eliminate a lot of repairs.
