WHAT IS A PROJECT?

• Audacity is a complex multitrack editor
• Tracks can include audio or other data related to the audio
• A project lets you work with and save multitrack work which we will not discuss
• ‘Save' & ‘Save as' options save entire projects
• Export selection will let you save a single audio track which can be mono or stereo and this is what we will use
