Now that you selected part of the count.mp3 file and deleted it, play the track again

You can hear the selection is gone

Note: it is gone in Audacity but not in the actual count.mp3 file till you export this selection

Now press Cntrl+Z and the delete should be gone and the track should be back to its original display
