Weather Bar is accessible.
Not sure how functional it is in a business setting but this is how it is being promoted.
Press Ctrl + E to move to the Search edit box.
Tab once to get into the weather, Left Arrow until you hear the location.
Press The Spacebar to open the Add Location option. Type location, press Enter.
