Alt Text - Format Picture Pane

Alt Text is now added through the Format Picture Pane which opens to the right of the document.
Alt Text is found under the Layout icon.
If you use other tools in the same category, they will remain expanded until you collapse them and tools will just keep opening.
For those using screen readers, it is faster to close the Format Picture Pane after adding the Alt Text for each image.

Screen readers tend to get confused with it open and you can't reliably tell where your focus is.
