New Rich Text Editor

• The current rich text editor, the FCKEditor, is being replaced in Sakai 2.9.
• The CKEditor will allow users to write assignments in the editor itself.
• User will be able to control font style and size, text indentation, etc.
• Users cannot perform these tasks when using the FKCEditor.
