information provided by vendors, or linkage to such information (VPATs, vendor accessibility statements, etc.)
findings of accessibility evaluation conducted by vendor-independent individuals
a forum for discussion and for the posting of additional observations

Some tools (or linkage to such), including some guidelines and a template, that volunteer evaluators would be encouraged to use and that would tend to bring some level of uniformity to the collected data. (The LUA site attempts some of this.)
Volunteers that make a long-term commitment to monitor a given product and update the information as needed ("adopt-a-highway" scheme). (Please contact me if you are potentially willing to make such a commitment.)
Organization that makes a long-term commitment to maintain such a clearinghouse.
