Tables of Content and Headings

PDF/UA 1 states that the first Heading in the document must be H1.
Use the Title Style and make sure it is an H1.
You can then use the Options button in the Generate Table of Contents dialog to remove the Title Style from the Table of Contents.
Tables of Content should retain the Dot Leaders so that visually you can follow across the page to the page number.
Do not use all capital letters, it is the most difficult font attribute for anyone to read, with or without a disability.
Do not put the numbers immediately after the text as it creates a barrier for those with visual, learning or cognitive disabilities.
Do not uncheck the check box that makes the TOC linked!
