Column Tools

• With the text you want to be in columns selected, go to the Page Layout Ribbon and choose Columns.
• (Alt + P, J)
• The letter C was already taken!
• The Columns Gallery opens.
• For this first example, I selected 3 paragraphs and made 2 columns.
