Step 2: Paragraph Style for Sidebar

I modify the Intense Quote Style for this since it is already in a Word document.
I remove the Italic, add a border and make the font size a bit smaller.
Repeat the process for Step 1 but this time put the column Break after the text you want to be the Sidebar.
Format the Sidebar text.
A screen reader or Text-to Speech tool will read the Heading (Introduction)
Followed by the text in the right column.
Followed by the Sidebar text.
Followed by the text to the right of the sidebar.
