• Arizona State University suit involving Kindle (June 2009)
• Brought by Am. Council for the Blind (ACB) and Nat. Federation of the Blind (NFB), asking DOE Office for Civil Rights (handles Fed. 504 complaints) and DOJ Civil Rights Division (handles ADA) to investigate
• Settled January 201O: ASU promises to not do it again (even though the plaintiff in the case was not eligible for the pilot class using the Kindle)
• Amazon promises to add features to make Kindle more accessible in next version (and they do it)
