• The guidelines related to forms are focus on protecting the users against making mistakes
• Give the user information or help to fill up the form
• Associate labels clearly with each input control
• Specify the format in which the input should be typed
• When a user has made an error in his or her input explain what the error was
• Allow the user to check the data before leaving the page
• Provide the user with extra time to fill up the form in case he need it
