Manually Add Page Numbers

• Use Ctrl + P at the cursor point.
• Make sure that if there are headings that the page number is before the heading marker.
• Even blank pages must have page numbers so that the numbering is consistent.
• I will typically also add text indicating the page number. This can be used as a validation of the right page for both the reader and author.
