Proper Heading Hierarchy

Cannot go from a heading 1 to a heading 3. Heading 2 must come after heading 1.
You can have a heading 2 followed by a heading 3 then heading 4 then heading 3 again. You just can't go out of sequence.
This is creating structure of your book.
It is also the foundation for making Word documents accessible.
