• Created in Adobe Acrobat Professional.
• Can have instructions tagged.
• Can add ToolTips for form controls.
• Can make any repairs in the Tags Tree.
• Can use the Acrobat Accessibility Full Check.
• Can use an untagged PDF document as the template for the form and have that content accessible.
• Use the Forms Tools in Acrobat X.
• Can use AutoDetect form controls.
• Debatable if you use the visual markers in a Word document or not.
• Problem in matching radio buttons and check boxes.
